Terms of Service for Hedgey Pro
1. Services Provided
1.1 Scope of Services
Hedgey Finance provides tools and software for managing token portfolios, analyzing blockchain-based assets, and tracking performance. The Services include access to our web and mobile applications, analytics dashboards, and any associated documentation, updates, or additional features as made available by Hedgey Finance.
1.2 Use of Services
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Services solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with this Agreement.
1.3 Beta Services
Hedgey Finance may release features or services labeled as beta, experimental, or pilot versions (“Beta Services”). These Beta Services are provided on an “as-is” basis without warranties and may not be supported or continue to exist as part of the Services. Your feedback regarding Beta Services may be requested to improve their functionality.
1.4 No Professional Advice
Hedgey Finance is not a financial, investment, legal, or tax advisory service. All information provided through the Services is for informational purposes only, and you acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for your investment and financial decisions.
2. Account Registration and Security
2.1 Registration Obligations
To use the Services, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to update your account details promptly to maintain accuracy.
2.2 Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. You must notify Hedgey Finance immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any individuals you authorize to access your account comply with this Agreement.
3. Fees and Payment

Certain features of the Services may require payment of subscription fees as detailed in your applicable order form or online registration. Payment terms, including frequency and methods, will be outlined during the subscription process.
3.2 Refunds
Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or explicitly stated otherwise in your subscription agreement.
3.3 Taxes
You are responsible for paying any applicable taxes, duties, or levies associated with your use of the Services.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to:
Violate any laws or regulations while using the Services.
Use the Services for fraudulent or unauthorized purposes.
Interfere with or disrupt the Services, servers, or networks connected to the Services.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Services.
Exploit the Services to mine cryptocurrencies or engage in other resource-intensive activities not expressly authorized.
Hedgey Finance reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services for any violations of this Acceptable Use Policy.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Ownership
Hedgey Finance retains all ownership rights to the Services, including all software, trademarks, and content provided. You are granted no ownership interest in the Services or intellectual property by virtue of this Agreement.
5.2 Feedback
Any suggestions, feedback, or ideas you provide to Hedgey Finance regarding the Services may be used by Hedgey Finance without obligation to you.
6. Privacy and Data Security

Hedgey Finance shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Services.
In no event shall Hedgey Finance’s aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts located in the United States of America, as agreed by the parties.
10. Amendments
Hedgey Finance reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated to you, and continued use of the Services after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
