# For Claims Issuers For *real-time support, please feel free to reach out on our dedicated* [*Telegram support channel*](https://t.me/hedgeysupport)*.* **Step 1:** Visit Hedgey's [App](https://app.hedgey.finance/token-claims), connect your wallet and select the network you will be using. ***NOTE:** For **Safe App*** *users click "View on Safe" on the app to use Hedgey through your Safe App.*
**Step 2:** Now that you are connected, click the "**Create a Token Claim**" button.
**Step 3:** Create your token claim * Select your token from the dropdown or add the contract address * Enter claim end date * Upload a list of recipients via CSV file. Your CSV should contain 2 columns: address and amount
**Step 4:** Here you have the options of: AirClaim, AirStream and AirVest a) The AirClaim type allows you to lock token, which can be claimed after a specific date. In addition, you can make these tokens revocable after they've been claimed, but before the unlock date.
b) AirStream with Linear or Periodic distribution. For linear distribution choose a lockup period (years/months). Add a cliff duration or add "0" for no cliff.
For periodic distribution choose an unlock period schedule and a lockup period. Add a cliff duration or add "0" for no cliff.
c) AirVest with Linear or Periodic distribution
**Step 5:** Admin feature allows you to change claim manager's address, if needed.
**Step 6:** Approve the token, review the claim details for accuracy, and if everything looks good confirm the transaction in your wallet. Approve the token

**Confirm that your spreadsheet upload matches the root hash of your transaction before signing.** Independently verifying that the spreadsheet used to create your claim matches the transaction you are about to sign is an important step in creating new claims. To verify that the claim being created accurately reflects the claim recipients and amounts on your spreadsheet, follow these steps. 1. On Safe, verify the spender address is the Hedgey Claims Contract on the Safe confirmation page: `0x8A2725a6f04816A5274dDD9FEaDd3bd0C253C1A6` 2. Verify the Transaction Root on the Safe confirmation page. 1. Copy the transaction root data section #2. The Root Address is the last string of numbers. This address is generated based on the spreadsheet data. 2. Open in another window 3. Drag and drop the claim file spreadsheet as a CSV into this page. It will generate a roothash. 4. Make sure the Merkle root verified in the rootchecker app matches what you see in the parameters section in your safe app. If these two strings of numbers match, you have verified that the recipients and amounts of token per recipient are accurate for this transaction. \ \ \ Confirm transaction
Congrats! You now have created your token claim. You can view the details of your claim page in your portfolio. You can share the URL to your public-facing claim page whenever you want recipients to claim.

**Canceling your token claims** If you should need to cancel the token claims you've created, simply go to your portfolio, open the claim you want to cancel by clicking *View details,* then click *End Token Claim* button you the right-hand side.
