# Getting Started

Orginizations issuing tokens to investors that release on predefined schedules can use Investor Lockups to streamline the distribution process. Investor lockups let you create onchain token lockups that are allocated to investors and unlock on predefined schedules, whereby they are able to claim tokens at their discretion. 

**Here's a few quick steps to get started:**

* Open the Hedgey [App](https://app.hedgey.finance/). 
* Connect Wallet (either through MetaMask, Rabby, Coinbase Wallet or WalletConnect)
  * *Using Safe?* Simply click [<mark style="color:green;">View on Safe</mark>](https://app.safe.global/share/safe-app?appUrl=https://app.hedgey.finance/investor-lockups\&chain=sep) to launch our dedicated safe app.&#x20;
* Chose *Investor Lockups* on the left-side bar.

You are now ready to start creating and track your lockups!
