These Contracts are used in conjunction with a specific vesting plan, the VestingLock contract is tied to the TokenVestingPlans contract(s), and the Voting VestingLock contracts are tied to the VotingTokenVestingPlan contract(s). These contracts also have a special Batch Minter/ Creator contract associated with each.
